The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking following relief: A. Direct to R-2 take the admission of the petitioner in class-I under scheme of EWS category in the class-I at entry level. B. Direct the respondent no-1 to take appropriate steps or necessary to ensure that the petitioner is able to take his admission in R-2 school; C. At the outset, the Court has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that provisional admission in this case has been granted by respondent No. 2 School to the petitioner.

In view thereof, the prayer made in the present petition stands satisfied. Accordingly, the writ petition along with pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
