% 20.08.2018 Impugned order of 8th January, 2014 (Annexure P-1) refuses to recommend petitioner's case for allotment of alternate plot by observing that out of 77-16 bigha land, 50-12 bigha land only has been acquired. To assail the impugned order, learned counsel for petitioner draws attention of this Court to Report of 5th September, 2016 (Annexure P-7) of Revenue Authority submitted before the Public Grievance Commission, which reveals that the agricultural land of petitioner's father, who has died, stood acquired vide Award made in the year 2003. Though afore-referred Report (Annexure P-7) is after passing of the impugned order, but this Court finds that the impugned order needs to be reconsidered by the Recommending Committee in light of Report of 5th September, 2016 (Annexure P-7) of the Revenue Authority. Accordingly, impugned order is hereby set aside with direction to respondent to reconsider petitioner's application for allotment of alternate W.P.(C) 1631/2018

plot afresh in light of Report of 5th September, 2016 (Annexure P-7) within a period of 12 weeks from today. If deemed appropriate, opportunity of personal hearing be afforded to petitioner.
