By way of present filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks following prayers:- "i. Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of Mandamus against the Respondent No. 1 and 2 to provide the protection to the Petitioner and summon, try and punish the accused persons for the offences committed under Section 323/307/308/120B/506/34 IPC as well as other appropriate Sections under the Provisions of any. other law for the time being in force against the accused persons."
