This petition is filed by the Petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. 2.

Mr. Pavandeep Singh, learned counsel enters appearance on behalf of the Respondents and submits that Respondent No. 1 has expired, however, Respondent No. 2 is a co-borrower as also the wife of late Kuljeet Singh Gill and she undertakes to pay the loan amount due to the Petitioner within a period of four months from today. The assurance is taken on record. An affidavit of undertaking to this effect will be filed by Respondent No. 2, within two weeks from today in this Court.

Petition is disposed of taking the undertaking on record. However, in case, the payment is not made as assured, the Petitioner will be at liberty to revive this petition.
