Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pathak, the learned counsel appearing for all respondents, has placed on record the notice of hearing dated 24th July2025 issued by Land Acquisition Collector (North). 2.

According to Mr. Pathak, petitioners are summoned for hearing by the said authority on 05th August 2025, along with their documents to establish their title and ownership to the property, which was subject matter of acquisition vide Award No.10/2008-09/DC(NW). 3.

Since the statement is coming on record on instructions of an authority and the copy of notice of hearing dated 24thJuly 2025 hasbeen supplied, the same is taken on record.

appropriate order after hearing petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of appearance of petitioner. The order passed be communicated to each of the petitioners with the reasons to be recorded. 5.

In case if the order is averse to the interest of the petitioners, they are at a liberty to approach afresh before this Court. 6.

We are reserving aforesaid liberty in favour of the petitioner; accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of.
