This writ petition has been preferred by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking disposal of his representation dated 28.08.2024 as expeditiously as possible.

Petitioner completed his LL.B. on 27.07.2012 and was enrolled with the Bar Council of Rajasthan on 23.11.2014. It is averred that a Certificate of Practice was issued to the Petitioner by the Bar Council of India on 14.07.2015, after which the Petitioner started practising in various Courts at Delhi. 03.08.2023. Petitioner submitted a representation dated 28.08.2024 to the Respondent for issuing a certificate to the effect that "In the course of performance of the Petitioner's duties as Law Executive/Officer, the Petitioner acts or pleads regularly in the courts as an Advocate on behalf of Airports Authority of India." As the said representation was not decided by the Respondent, Petitioner has approached this Court. 5.

Issue notice.

Ms. Anjana Gosain, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent.

Without entering into merits of the matter, this petition is disposed of by directing the Respondent to decide the representation dated 28.08.2024 given by the Petitioner, within three weeks from today, in accordance with law. The decision will be communicated to the Petitioner within a week thereafter and Petitioner will be at liberty to take recourse to appropriate legal remedies, in case of any surviving grievance.
