O R D E R

The petitioner is aggrieved by the interim order dated 24.01.2018, passed by the Tribunal, directing that the respondents shall not be made to retire on 31.01.2018 and will be allowed to continue till further orders, in view of the notification dated 05.01.2018, issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievance and Pension.

We may note that while issuing notice on the O.A. filed by the respondents, the matter has been adjourned by the Tribunal to 26.03.2018. 3.

In view of the fact that the next date fixed in the OA is in the very next month i.e. in March, 2018, we do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order.

The petitioners and the respondent No.2 shall ensure that pleadings in the O.A. are complete well before the next date of hearing so that arguments can be addressed at least on the interim application filed by the respondent No.1, on the next date.
