By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks the following prayer: - "Pass an order directing the SHO/I.O. Police Station Subhash Place, Delhi not to arrest the Petitioner without serving the Notice in the event of registration of FIR on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar Tulsyan pending for investigation at Police Station Subhash Place, Delhi."

Mr. Bhandari, learned ASC for the State, while objecting to the maintainability of the present writ petition, however without prejudice and on instructions, submits that the guidelines as stated in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar reported as (2014) 8 SCC 273 and Satender Kumar Antil vs. CBI & Ors, reported as (2002) 10 SCC 51 will be followed in letter and spirit.
