Para 1 of the order dated 03.09.2025 shall now read as under "The applicant, by way of this application, seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 235/2025, registered on 11.07.2025, at Police Station Ranjeet Nagar, Delhi for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 316(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [hereafter 'BNS']."
