The petitioner, vide the present applications, seeks liberty to serve the respondent on her new address as also to file certified copies of certain documents.

Since the respondent is represented today, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present applications. 5.

Accordingly, the present applications stand dismissed as withdrawn. CM(M) 1590/2025 7.
As directed vide the previous order dated 25.08.2025, the petitioner is present in Court and the respondent is appearing in person through video conferencing.

At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent, alongwith the respondent appearing in person through video conferencing, submits that the respondent has no objection if the petitioner is allowed to meet the minor daughter on 09.09.2025, the date of her birthday. In fact, learned counsel for the respondent also submit that the petitioner can join the daughter's birthday celebrations scheduled to be celebrated at Kosmic Kingdom, IRIS Broadway, Sector 85, Gurugram, Gurugram-122 002 on 09.09.2025 itself at 06:00 PM.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, along with the petitioner present in person, submits that the petitioner shall join his daughter's birthday celebrations on 09.09.2025 at the aforementioned venue and time. 10.
Before parting, learned counsel for the parties also submit that both parties shall diligently and dutifully abide by the terms of settlement entered inter se themselves vide the Memorandum of Settlement (MoS) dated 26.11.2024, including, but not limited to the visitation rights entailed therein at Clause 9.

Moreover, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the peaceful journey of the parties, especially of the minor daughter involved, the petitioner is willing to withdraw the Gradian Petition No. GP/25/2025 titled as "Nikhil Thakral v. Dimple Sharma" pending before the learned The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
Family Court, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi and the Contempt Petition being Cont. Case. No.16/2025 titled as "Nikhil Thakral v. Dimple Sharma" pending before the learned Family Court, Rohini, New Delhi. 12.
In response thereto, learned counsel for the respondent, alongwith the respondent appearing in person through video conferencing, re-assures the petitioner that the respondent shall abide by all the terms of the aforesaid MoS.

In view of the terms set out in the aforesaid MoS dated 26.11.2024, the respondent is agreeable to the petitioner calling up the minor daughter however, only between 06:00 to 07:00 PM.
