On 11th June, 2024 at 16:27 hrs., during a pre-embarkation security check at IGI Airport, Terminal-3, the machine detected three 9 mm live bullets in baggage of the petitioner.

On preliminary inquiry, petitioner disclosed that he had absolutely no knowledge of how these bullets were present in his bag. He had arrived from Manali by bus to Delhi just the day before and hired a taxi to reach IGI Airport. not in conscious possession of the same.

There is no other assertion by the State that petitioner has any previous involvement, or that he was in conscious possession. 5.
