Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 /Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.‟2023, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners, for quashing of FIR No.1093/2020 under Section 354/323/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as 'IPC‟) registered at Police Station Bindapur and all the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, in view of the Oral Settlement between the parties, which has been submitted to learned JMFC on 18.07.2025. 4.

On advance Notice, learned APP has appeared and accepted the Notice on behalf of the State.

It is submitted that the Petitioners were residing on the second floor while the Complainant and the victim, were residing on the third floor. It was essentially a neighbourhood dispute, which got escalated. 7.
On the Complaint of the Respondent No.2/Complainant, FIR No.1093/2020 under Section 354/323/509/34 of IPC, got registered at Police Station Bindapur.

It is submitted that the FIR was a consequence of the neighbourhood disputes between the Complainants and the Petitioners. The quashing Petition is supported by the Affidavits of the Petitioners, as well as, the Complainant and the victim. The matter has been settled out of the Court, orally between the parties and the same has been submitted to the learned JMFC on 18.07.2025.

Today, the Respondent No. 2/Complainant, who is present in the Court, states that she has no objection if the said FIR is quashed. 10.
The parties are present before this Court in-person today and have been identified by their learned counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. They have entered into the Oral Settlement voluntarily and without any fear and coercion and undertake to remain bound by the terms of the said Oral Settlement.

Considering the allegations and also that now the Petitioners have shifted out and there has not ever been any complaint, the FIR No. 1093/2020 under Section 354/323/509/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Bindapur and all the consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
