Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 („BNSS‟) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners, for quashing of FIR No.0327/2018 under Sections 451/354B/323/506/34 IPC, registered at PS: Kotwali, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, in terms of Settlement Deed dated 07.07.2025. 4.

The aforesaid FIR was registered on complaint of Respondent No.2, who is presently aged about 62 years. In her Complaint, she stated that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
Petitioners had come to her house at night of 19.10.2018 and started beating her son and dragged her out of the house and physically assaulted her, in which her clothes got torn.

It is further submitted that on 19.10.2018, on the complaint of Respondent No. 2, FIR No.0327/2018 under Sections 451/354B/323/506/34 IPC was registered at PS: Kotwali, Delhi.

It is submitted that present FIR was a consequence of the disputes between the Petitioners and Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, who are neighbours. It is stated that with the intervention of family members, relatives and well wishers, the Petitioners and Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have amicably settled all their disputes and differences vide Settlement Deed dated 07.07.2025. 9.
The parties are present in the Court and have been identified by the IO. The parties submit that they have arrived at the settlement without any force, coercion and undue influence and pressure and they have signed the Settlement dated 07.07.2025 with their wish and will. 10.
In view of Settlement Deed dated 07.07.2025, present Petition has been filed.

Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are present and submit that they have no grievance against the Petitioners and also no objection to the quashing of FIR.

In view of the fact that the FIR in question was premised upon a neighbors‟ dispute between the Petitioners and Respondent Nos.2 and 3, which has been amicably resolved in terms of Settlement dated 07.07.2025. Considering the fact that parties have settled their disputes and Respondent Nos.2 & 3 have also given no objection to the quashing of FIR, no fruitful purpose would be served in continuing with the proceedings arising out of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Consequently, FIR No.0327/2018 under Sections 451/354B/323/506/ 34 IPC, registered at PS: Kotwali, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
