Vide order dated 17.11.2025, this Court had issued notice to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

Today, learned counsel has appeared in compliance with the aforesaid order and submits that a similar petition seeking identical reliefs has been filed, wherein the sentence awarded to the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 420/471 IPC has been suspended, vide order dated 06.11.2025 passed by this Court in CRL. REV. 378/2025. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission and upon perusal of the order dated 06.11.2025, noting further that the present petition remains unrepresented, the same is dismissed in default. 4.
