% 27.02.2018 Mr. Arjun Pant, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that the impugned action is being taken by the DDA in terms of the directions issued by the Division Bench in a PIL being The Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (Intach) and another v. Delhi Development Authority and ors W.P.(C) No. 4302/2015. He refers to two orders dated May 17, 2017 and September 14, 2017 passed by the Division Bench. It is his submission that the Delhi Wakf Board is also a

party in the said writ petition. There is no dispute that the petitioner herein is an appointee of the Delhi Wakf Board.

On such a submission of Mr. Pant, Mr. Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition to approach the Division Bench in the aforesaid writ petition for appropriate orders.
