This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 12 months from 05.09.2025.

Disputes having arisen between the parties in relation to Concession Agreement dated 20.04.2011, three-member Arbitral Tribunal was constituted on 11.11.2020, to adjudicate the disputes. From time to time, mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal was extended by this Court and lastly, vide order dated 04.09.2024 in O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 677/2024 by 12 months. Mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is expiring on 04.09.2025 and arbitral proceedings are at the stage of final arguments. It is submitted that the issues involved are technical and complex and the record is O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 685/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. voluminous and therefore mandate be extended by 12 months. 3.
Issue notice.

Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. 5.
Accordingly, with the consent of the parties and considering that the issues involved in the arbitration are complex and records are voluminous, mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of 12 months from 05.09.2025.

Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
