% 02.02.2026 File is placed before this Court on office note in terms of order dated 16.10.2025 as petitioner has filed the E-Court Fee, Administration bond and Surety bond for issuance of Letters of Administration to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he be given liberty to approach the Hon'ble Court for grant of relief from furnishing the surety bond. Heard.

In the meantime, subject to filing of relevant details and documents of the property sought to be furnished as security in the present matter, let notice be issued to the Sub-Registrar as well as to the concerned SDM to submit report with regard to ownership, possession, valuation and any encumbrance with respect to the property sought to be furnished as security.
