The present petition seeks transfer of SC No. 32/2021 titled State v. Neeraj Kumar Yadav and Anr. which has been listed pursuant to the order dated 19th August, 2025 passed by the Registrar General of this Court. This follows the order dated 14th August, 2025 by the Principal District & Sessions Judge, South-East, Saket Courts, New Delhi, wherein the following observations were made:

"1. The matter has been put up before the undersigned in pursuance to the order dated 14.08.2025 of the Court of Mr. Vipin Kumar Rai, Ld. Addl. Sessions Judge-01 (POCSO), South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi, wherein it has been observed that in the light of Notification No. 7944 DG/2023 dated 26.12.2023 annexed with the application filed on behalf of CBI regarding transfer of this cases to the Special Judge, Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi, the matter is required to be tried by the Court of Ld. Special Court CBI-01 or CBl-02, Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi.

In view of the minutes dated 15th April, 2019 of the Administrative and General Supervision Committee of this Court, it is directed that SC No. 32/2021 pending adjudication before Vipin Kumar Rai, Additional Sessions Judge-01, South East, Saket Courts, Delhi, New Delhi is transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Rouse Avenue Courts Complex dealing with the CBI cases for adjudication.

Parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court on 04th September, 2025.
