O R D E R

% 24.02.2020 Mr. Ashish Dholakia, ld. counsel, has today handed over the keys of the suit property to ld. Senior Counsel Mr. Arun Mohan. He submits that he no longer presses the application under Order VI Rule 17 CPC. The only issue that remains pending now is in respect of the mesne profits, which would have to be determined by the Trial Court. The Trial Court, considering the fact that the suit is of 1993, shall adjudicate the issue of mesne profits within a period of six months from today. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced on any other issue. With these observations, the petition and all pending applications are disposed of. A copy of this order be sent to the ADJ-03 (South East), Saket Courts in CS No. 211236/2016 titled Chitra Garg v SK Bansal. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
