% 11.11.2024 CRL.M.A. 25670/2024 (for waiving of cost imposed on the petitioner).

The petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court by order dated 14.02.2024 noting that the petition has been filed concealing the relevant facts.

The petitioner had concealed the fact about the petitions which were filed on earlier occasions in regard to similar relief. 3.

This Court was of the opinion that the petitioner had committed Contempt of Court and has misused the process. However, this Court refrained from taking further action against the petitioner and imposed a cost of ₹1,00,000/-. 4.

The order dated 14.02.2024 was challenged by the petitioner by filing a Special Leave Petition (SLP). The SLP filed by the petitioner being SLP(CRL) No.6965/2024 has already been dismissed.

The present application is now filed seeking waiver of the cost.
