This appeal is disposed of as not pressed as the Sale Deed dated 12.12.2018 has been executed and registered in favour of the third party, and this is pursuant to an MOU dated 3.9.2018 entered into between the appellant, respondent and the third party purchaser. The MOU dated 3.9.2018 is signed and also bears the thumb impressions of the parties to this appeal as also the third party purchaser. As agreed in the MOU, the amount

deposited in this Court by the appellant be released to the respondent alongwith accrued interest as per the agreed terms containing in the MOU. Registry will do the needful within four weeks. 2.
