O R D E R

% 04.07.2018 The applicant was arrested in case FIR No.596/2017 of Police Station Burari involving offences under Section 392/394/411 Indian Penal Code, 1860 on 16.10.2017. The investigation having been completed, charge-sheet having been filed case against the petitioner is presently under trial before the concerned court.

The evidence relied upon by the prosecution would show that the first informant/victim at the time of being forcibly relieved of his mobile phone was wounded by the applicant, the injuries suffered being grievous in nature. The crime report bureau report reveals that the applicant has been involved in at least two criminal cases in the past, also of 2017 vintage. In these facts and circumstances, there is no case made out for release of the applicant on bail at this stage.

Dismissed.
