Learned proxy counsel for the petitioner after handing over a copy of the order dated 13.05.2025 passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, wherein it has been recorded that "... ...the charges against accused are not proved beyond reasonable doubts and therefore accused Govind Singh Bisht stands acquitted of the offences for which he has been facing the trial... ...", submits that since the petitioner has already been acquitted, the present petition has become infructuous and can be disposed of accordingly. Copy of the order dated 13.05.2025 is taken on record. 2.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
