Petitioner is decree holder before learned Executing Court and the limited request in the present petition is to the effect that such Execution Petition i.e. EX. P.No.194/2023 titled 'Harbans Singh Bedi through LRs v. Jai Singh & Ors.' be decided as expeditiously as possible. 2.

Mr. Surya Kant, learned counsel enters appearance and accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.9.

The request, as noted above, is a very short one. 4.

Needless to emphasise that all the civil courts are already conscious and cognizant of the judgments given by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Periyammal (dead through LRs) & Ors. vs. V. Rajamani & Anr.: 2025 SCC OnLine SC 507 and Rahul S. Present petition is accordingly disposed of with request to learned Trial Court to dispose of the Execution Petition as expeditiously as possible, while keeping in mind the abovesaid directions contained in the judgments. 6.

Pending application also stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
