This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C read with Section 528 BNSS, 2023, filed on behalf of petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 261/2019, under Sections 376/354B/341/323/506/509 IPC, registered at Police Station Kalyanpuri, as also the proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

The present petition has been filed on the ground that parties have come to an amicable settlement.

After part submissions, Ms. Ria Goyal, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
