O R D E R

% 17.04.2018 CM APPL. 14873/2018 (by appellant for modification of order dated 21.02.2018) This application seeks amendment of the order dated 21.02.2018 which erroneously recorded that the impugned order dated 02.02.2018 had returned the plaint on the ground that it was not maintainable for want of territorial jurisdiction. This is clearly an error because the order merely did not appoint a Receiver ex-parte as sought in the suit, instead it left the issue of territorial jurisdiction to be decided at the time of evidence. The order stands amended accordingly. The application is allowed in the above terms.
