The instant writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal ["DRAT"] to hear and dispose of the Regular Appeal bearing No. 22 of 2025 expeditiously, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and to grant appropriate interim reliefs till the disposal of the aforesaid Appeal, preferably within a time frame of three months. 4.

It is admitted that an Appeal filed by the Appellant is pending before the learned DRAT, and the next date of hearing for the same is 18.09.2025. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the previous learned Presiding Officer, DRAT, Delhi, had not taken up the matter for the last twelve hearings.

As per available information, the Central Government has already authorised the learned Presiding Officer, DRAT, Calcutta, to take up the matters, owing to the resignation of the learned Presiding Officer at Delhi.

Hence, the petition is disposed of with the observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may file an appropriate application before the learned DRAT, Calcutta, for an early listing of the case. 7.

The writ petition, along with pending applications, if any, is disposed of.
