By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 10.07.2025 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North District Rohini Court, Delhi in HMA case no.2373/2022 titled Maninder Singh v. Karamjit Kaur, as also other ancillary reliefs. 2.

After considerable arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition.

The present petition, alongwith the pending applications, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
