By virtue of the present petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the petitioner seeks transfer of divorce petition being HMA No.2549/2023 entitled 'Vinay vs. Reena' pending before the learned Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi to the learned Family Court, South District, Saket Courts, Delhi and to proceed with the said petition from the stage at which the same was pending before the learned Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. 2.

Issue notice.

Learned counsel for the respondent, appearing on advance service, accepts notice, and submits that the respondent has no objection if the present petition is allowed.

As such, for the reasons stated therein, and in view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, as also since the petitioner is residing with her old parents with a minor girl in custody, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. considering the disputes inter se the parties is emanating from a matrimonial dispute, the present petition is allowed and the divorce petition being HMA No.2549/2023 entitled 'Vinay vs. Reena' pending before the learned Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi is transferred to the learned Family Court, South District, Saket Courts, Delhi, with a direction to proceed with the said petition from the stage at which the same was pending before the learned Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

The learned Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi is directed to send the entire record pertaining to HMA No.2549/2023 entitled 'Vinay vs. Reena' to the learned Family Court, South District, Saket Courts, Delhi.

A copy of the present order be sent to the learned Family Court, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi and the learned Family Court, South District, Saket Courts, Delhi for information and compliance. 7.
