As noted in the previous order, i.e., the order dated 21.2.2018 the petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 29.11.2017, passed by respondent no.2/the Appellate Authority.

On the previous date, I had also directed the petitioner to file a reply to show cause notice, albeit, without prejudice to his rights and contentions.

Mr. Sibal, learned senior counsel, who appears for the petitioners, says that the reply to the show cause notice has been filed.

At this stage, learned counsels for the parties say that they would be satisfied if the writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:
(i) Respondent no.3 will pass a fresh order after granting personal hearing to the petitioner.
(ii) In case the final determination made by respondent no.3 is adverse to his interest, it will not be given effect to for a period of two weeks from the date of service of the order upon him. (iii) Furthermore, pending adjudication by respondent no.3, interim order dated 21.2.2018 shall continue to operate. 6.
