The present petition has been filed under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

Counsel appears on behalf of the respondent on advance notice and does not oppose the aforesaid request.

Counsel for the parties submit that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal had expired on 19th July, 2025.

In view of the above, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a further period of one (1) year from 19th July, 2025. The period from the said date till today is also regularised.
