In view of the above, after making some submissions, Mr. Karanjot Singh Mainee, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present anticipatory bail petition, with liberty to file afresh for appropriate relief, as may be permissible, in accordance with law. The petition is accordingly disposed-of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed-for; without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
