The present petition seeks transfer of Crl. No. 6483/2025 titled State v. Darshana, which has been listed pursuant to the order dated 20th August, 2025 passed by the Registrar General of this Court. This follows the order dated 30th July, 2025 passed by the Principal District & Sessions Judge (Officiating), West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi wherein the following observations were made:

"Record perused.

In the order dated 29.07.2025 passed by Ms. Sheetal Rani, Ld. JMFC-12, West District, THC, Delhi, it has been mentioned that inadvertently, the 10 had filed the chargesheet in case FIR No. 292/25 u/s 174A IPC before the said Court and the same was to be filed before the Court of Ld. ASI, Electricity Court-OI (Central), where the main case bearing CT No. I5I3/I9 u/s 135 Electricity Act is pending against the accused. Accordingly, prayer is made to transfer the present charge-sheet/case to the Court of Ld. ASJ, Electricity Court-OI (Central), THC, Delhi. Let the file be placed before the Registrar General, High Court of Delhi with a request to place the present file before the Hon'ble High Court with a request to withdraw the present case from the Court of Ld.

JMFC12, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and assign the same to the Court of Ld. ASJ, Electricity Court-OI (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

In view of the minutes dated 15th April, 2019 of the Administrative and General Supervision Committee of this Court, it is directed that Crl. No. 6483/2025 that is pending adjudication before Ms. Sheetal Rani, JMFC-12, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi is transferred to the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Electricity Court-01 (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi where the main case bearing CT No.1513/2019 is pending against the accused.

Parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court on 4th September, 2025.

Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. 6.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Principal District and Sessions Judges for necessary information and compliance.
