% 19.04.2016 Status report has been filed by the State, according to which, the children have not supported the case of prosecution in their statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.PC. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that charge-sheet has already been filed and he seeks some time to place on record the charge-sheet containing the statements of witnesses recorded under Sections 161 and 164 of Cr.PC. Same be filed at least two days before the next date of hearing. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court. The bail application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
