Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and now read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for quashing the FIR No. 305/2024 under Section 115(2)/74 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

In these circumstances, the Petitioner has no locus standi to seek the quashing of said FIR.
