By way of present petitions, the petitioners seek directions for disposing of the CC No. 1089/2017 titled Naveen Gupta v. M/s Frontline Retail India Pvt. Ltd. and CC No. 1059/2017 titled Parveen Gupta M/s Frontline Retail India Pvt. Ltd., pending before the Learned M.M. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the aforementioned complaint cases, filed by the petitioners, have been pending before the concerned Court since the year 2017 and till date, complainants have not been examined by any of the accused persons. He further states that accused persons have intentionally delayed the trial by absenting themselves before the Trial Court. Alongwith the petition, the proceedings sheets have also been placed on record which reflect that all the accused were not regularly appearing before the Trial Court because of which Trial Court has been repeatedly issuing NBWs. The proceedings sheets also show that accused No. 3 has already been declared P.O.

Considering the fact that the complaints cases pertain to the year 2017 and complainants are yet to be examined, it is directed that Trial Court shall ensure that complainants' evidence is proceeded with on the next date of hearing.

Both the petitions are disposed of in the above terms alongwith pending miscellaneous applications.
