Ms. Vishakha, counsel for Petitioner, states that the Petitioner has settled the matter with Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 who have agreed to consent to the quashing of the subject FIR. Indeed, Mr. Abhinav Sharma, Advocate appearing for the said Respondents, states that the said Respondents have no objection to the quashing of the FIR.

However, since the State has objected to the quashing of the FIR and has pointed out that there are other victims apart from Respondents No. 2 to 4, Ms. Vishakha seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to apply afresh, as and when the Petitioner is also able to reach at a settlement with the other victims.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Leave and liberty as prayed for, is granted. 4.

Pending application also stand dismissed.
