Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for directing the Respondent/Agency for issuance of the copy of the video footage of 99 analog/digital tapes shot by the Petitioner and the copy of the 41⁄2 hours of 'edited video' submitted by the CBI in the 'Tehelka Cases'.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to obtain/apply the certified copy from the learned Trial Court.

In view of the submissions made, the present Petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
