After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the present petition whereby its review application has been dismissed.

He submits that the order dated 07.08.2023 vide which, the suit in question had been dismissed being barred by limitation, would be challenged by petitioner herein by filing an appeal under Section 96 CPC and he also submits that while filing such appeal, he would also file an application under Section 14 of Limitation Act.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of as not pressed. 4.
