The petitioner is present through VC and the respondent is appearing physically in the Court.

It is submitted that mediation failed in January 2025. Insofar as the appeal against the impugned order is concerned, it is stated that a reply has been filed. However, it appears that the same is lying in objections. A hard copy of the reply is however placed on the record. 3.

It is pointed out that a Division Bench of this Court in MAT.APP.(F.C.) 287/2024 vide order dated 18.02.2025, has reviewed the order dated 24.08.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Dwarka and accordingly, the following disposition has been made: "2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the parties agree that the impugned order be modified by directing that the appellant will drop the minor children at the official accommodation of the respondent at 11:30 AM, on every alternate Sunday i.e. 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month, wherafter the respondent will drop back the children to the residence of the appellant at 04:30 PM on the same day.

Needless to state that it will be open for the parties to seek modification of this arrangement in case of change in circumstances before the learned Family Court." 4.

It appears that the said order was assailed in the Supreme Court by the respondent as well.

The petitioner acknowledges that, in accordance with this Court's directions, he met with the child on 02.03.2025. He further hopes that the directions of the Court shall be complied with in letter and spirit by the respondent. However, he submits that he has also filed a review against the order dated 18.02.2025. 6.

Be that as it may, the present contempt petition no longer survives. The same is dismissed as satisfied. 7.

Needless to state, the parties shall remain bound by the disposition which has been accorded by the learned Division Bench vide order dated 18.02.2025.
