Further to the order dated 25.08.2025, Mr. Ajay Verma, learned counsel for the Delhi State Legal Services Authority ["DSLSA"], submits, upon instructions, that the petitioner's entitlement to maternity benefits will be reconsidered within a period of two weeks from today. He further submits that if the petitioner is found entitled to maternity benefits, the same will be granted to her, and if she is found not so entitled, the reasons therefor will be communicated to her within a period of one week thereafter.

the National Legal Services Authority ["NALSA"], has also entered appearance, and submits that, according to NALSA, if the petitioner is otherwise entitled, maternity benefits ought to be granted to her. 3.
