None appears for the Petitioner. There was no appearance on the last two dates as well.

Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that he has been instructed to state that Respondent No. 6 before this Court had filed an Appeal before Telangana High Court in Writ Appeal No. 1784 of 2013 captioned as DR. L. Sudhakar v. The Medical Council of India & Ors., challenging the orders passed against him including the orders passed by Respondent/Medical Council of India. The Telangana High Court allowed the appeal on 21.12.2023. Subsequently, the matter travelled to the Supreme Court against the order passed by the Telangana High Court. 2.1 Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 seeks to rely upon the order dated 29.07.2024 passed by the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No. 31289/2024 captioned K. Srikar Reddy v. L. Sudhakar & Ors. in this regard.
