The present petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (formerly Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) seeks quashing of FIR No. 277/2024 registered under Section 376/354A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at P.S. Shaheen Bagh. 2.

After making submissions for some time, counsel for Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the grounds urged in the present petition before the Trial Court at the time of arguments on the point of charge.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted. 4.

It is clarified that the Court has not commented on the merits of the case. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. 5.
