% 20.02.2018 This transfer case has been registered on reference made by District and Sessions Judge (Headquarters) presiding over the Rent Control Tribunal for Central District, Delhi by his report dated 08.02.2018 requesting for transfer of the matter arising out of Rent Control Tribunal Appeal 30244/2016 to any other Rent Control Tribunal. The counsel Mr. D.K. Rustagi, Advocate for some of the respondents has only appeared. The presiding officer of the Rent Control Tribunal having recorded his disinclination to adjudicate upon the appeal, the matter has to be shifted to some other Rent Control Tribunal. The NCT of Delhi is divided into eleven judicial districts each headed by a District and Sessions Judge who presides over the Rent Control Tribunal for such district. The Rent Control Tribunal presided over by District and Sessions Judge (headquarters) has the jurisdiction over Central District of Delhi which is located at Tis Hazari TR.P.(C.) 28/2018

Courts Complex, the same complex also being the location of other courts and tribunals of West District of Delhi.

In above view, the Rent Control Tribunal Appeal 30244/2016 titled Ms. Nisha Sharma & Anr. vs. Harbans Lal Mehra through LRs is withdrawn from the file of Rent Control Tribunal for Central District and transferred for further proceedings in accordance with law to the Rent Control Tribunal for West District at Tis Hazari Courts Complex.

The transferor Tribunal shall send the file complete in all respects to the transferee Tribunal after fixing an appropriate date for the parties to appear there.
