1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.

2. The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023/ 482 Cr.P.C., 1973 seeking quashing of FIR No.202/2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 323/342/354/506/509/34 IPC, 1860 lodged at Police Station Uttam Nagar, Delhi along with all the proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of a compromise between the parties.

3. The petitioners are present in Court and so is IO of the case. The petitioners have been identified by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as by the IO of the case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have settled their disputes amicably by way of Memorandum of Understanding dated 08.05.2025.

6. Learned APP for the State submits that he has no objection if the quashing petition is allowed and the FIR is quashed on the basis of the compromise arrived at between the parties. On a Court query, the complainant/petitioner no.2 submits that since the petitioners in "CRL. M.C. 7485/2025 titled Girish Grover vs. State of NCT of Delhi and Anr." are her neighbours, she has compromised the matter with them without any force, pressure or any undue influence. Petitioner no. 4 corroborates the statement made by the petitioner no. 2/complainant.

7. In view of the compromise between the parties, the petition is allowed and FIR No. 202/2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 323/342/354/506/509/ 34 IPC lodged at Police Station Uttam Nagar along with all the proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed.
