CRL.REV.P.(MAT.) 31/2024 At the outset, it is observed that impugned order dated 22.05.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court awards ad-interim maintenance in the sum of Rs.15,000/- per month, 'till further adjudication' of the petition filed under section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, which is still pending consideration before that court. In view of the above, the present criminal revision petition is not maintainable since it impugns an interlocutory order. The petition is accordingly disposed-of as not maintainable, granting the petitioner liberty to file such application before the learned Family Court as he may be advised, in accordance with law.
