The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has filed an affidavit vide which he undertakes to make payment of arrears of maintenance as mentioned in paragraph 2 of the affidavit, including to continue to make payment of ₹30,000/- per month towards the interim maintenance awarded by the learned Trial Court. 2.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, who appears through video conferencing, has been apprised of the order. The petitioner herein states that he will remain bound by the terms of the undertaking and will not make any default. He, therefore, states that his application seeking stay of order dated 01.05.2025 and 11.11.2024 in Ex. This Court has heard arguments addressed on behalf of both the parties.

Considering that the petitioner undertakes to make payment of maintenance amount as well as made payment of arrears of the maintenance, the present application stands allowed and the commercial vehicle (mini bus) bearing No. HR-55AE-3017 will be released to him till December, 2025.

In view of the above, the present petition alongwith pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
