Despite repeated directions, the appellant has neither deposited the amount in terms of this Court's order dated 13.09.2024 nor filed process fee. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that she has been making repeated endeavors to reach out to the appellant but has received no response.

In the light of the aforesaid, it appears that the appellant is no longer interested in pursuing the appeal. The appeal alongwith pending application is accordingly dismissed for non prosecution. 4.

Consequently, the interim order dated 13.09.2024 stands vacated.
