The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a. Take such coercive steps as required, including punishing the contemnors, to ensure the compliance of the order dated 24.03.2025 (Annexure C-1) passed in W.P.(C) 3621/2025; and/or b. Initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 24.03.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 3621/2025, as they have failed to take any action against the unauthorized construction and to punish them accordingly; and/or ( c) To pass such other and further order, which this Hon 'ble The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Tribunal deem fit and proper in the existing facts and circumstances of the case."

In terms of order dated 25.08.2025, affidavit dated 25.09.2025 on behalf of the respondent has been placed on record. 4.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law, if any available.
