The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "i) Pass a contempt order against above said respondent. no. IINDMC/contemnor for intentionally and deliberately is not complying with the order dated 13.02.2018, passed by this Hon'ble High Court in W.P.(C) NO. 1067212017, title as MOHD. DILSHAD VERSUS NEW DELHI MUNICIPAL COUNCIL AND ANR.

ii) Pass a contempt order to initiate and investigation against the respondent no. IINDMC/contemnor for their mal-functioning and not obeying the directions passed by this Hon'ble High Court of Delhi;

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the Court of competent jurisdiction/competent authority.
